The Activity Log

The Activity Log is a valuable feature within private company outreach requests, designed to help you keep track of all updates throughout the process.

With the Activity Log, you can easily see:

  • When the outreach was imported into our system

  • When it was launched

  • When it was rated or closed

    • The reasoning behind closure

  • Key updates at every stage of the process

This tool ensures transparency and makes it simple to monitor progress without missing critical milestones.

Enhanced Visibility with Activity Log and Closed Sub-Statuses

For requests that are in progress, the Activity Log ensures you always know what’s happening and where your requests stand in the process. Activity Log messages provide granular detail, such as:

  • “Target company has declined to submit financials. RR is attempting to convince them to participate.”

  • “Target company has created an account but has not yet submitted financials.”

  • …and more.

This added transparency gives you better visibility into outreach progress and engagement.

Common Activity Log Comments:

We’ve also introduced Closed Sub-Statuses, offering additional insight into why a particular request was closed. Combined with the enhanced Activity Log messaging, these statuses provide a clearer picture of communication and engagement for each request.

Closed Sub-Statuses are now included in the downloadable Outreach Status Report, empowering you to identify program trends and make data-driven decisions.
