New Feature: RapidRatings Updates in Your Activity Log
Effective December 11, 2024, RapidRatings has introduced a new way to keep you informed about the status of your outreach requests. Our team can now write and publish comments directly in the Activity Log of the Request Details Page on your dashboard. These updates are designed to provide clear, detailed context beyond standard system notifications.
As a reminder, you can navigate to the status and activity log of each request by navigating to the FHR Exchange Dashboard
What Are RapidRatings Updates?
These comments are manually written by our Member Services team and are intended to give you a better understanding of where your requests stand. They are not generic or system-generated—each update is tailored to your specific request.
You can easily identify these comments by the “RapidRatings Update” title in bold, as shown in the screenshot below.
Examples of Updates You May See
Here are some common types of comments you might encounter:
Links to ratings for requests where financials were sourced from a public registry.
Explanations for processing outdated financials (data older than 12 months) when strategically necessary.
Reasons for delayed follow-ups, such as a supplier contact being out of office.
Additional details on requests placed on hold.
Clarifications about entity relationships, for example, when a public parent company was rated instead of the requested entity.
Details on requests closed as Exceptions.
Confirmation of outreach efforts, including follow-ups with both your provided contact and any additional contacts we identified.
Why This Matters
These updates are designed to give you greater transparency and confidence in the progress of your requests. By providing context, we aim to make your experience more seamless and informative.
