Client Assistance Requested - Unresponsive Supplier | The counterparty has been unresponsive to our attempts to reach out. It will be helpful for you to follow up with them to reaffirm the importance of participation. If we do not hear back within one week, the request will be closed. |
Client Assistance Requested: Reason | RapidRatings has reached out to the client for assistance in order to be able to continue the request process. Reasons include: Invalid Contact Details, Supplier Requested Confirmation, and No Business. Please see the Activity Log for more information. |
Closed - Client Request | The outreach has been closed per the client’s request. Generally, this applies to instances where you have determined you do not have significant current business/spend with this company or if this company is no longer deemed critical to your business. |
Closed - Unresponsive | This request has been closed because the company has been unresponsive to our outreach efforts. |
Closed – Exception | This company is unable to be rated and has been closed. Please see the Activity Log for more information. Typically, a company that is newly formed or acquired (with less than 9 months of financial data) will fall under this status. |
Closed – Public Data Source | This request has been completed and a rating was produced from statements that were not submitted via the portal. This could either be due to the company being public, or private but the data source being publicly available (company or registry website). |
Closed – Uncooperative | This request has been closed because the company declined to participate. |
Financial Review in Progress | RapidRatings is reviewing the financial information provided. You will be notified as soon as the rating has been generated. |
Financials Submitted - Pending Review | The company has completed their submission by providing us with their financials and—if applicable—making the required payment. The request is now queued up for review, but is not in review yet. |
In Progress - Acknowledged | The counterparty has responded to our outreach attempts but they have not yet indicated a willingness to participate in the program. |
In Progress - Commit | The counterparty has started the submission process, but they have not yet provided a full submission. |
In Progress - Likely | The counterparty has engaged with our team and we believe they are likely to submit financial information. |
In Progress - Stretch | The counterparty has responded and indicated that they are not willing to participate, but our team is continuing to follow up and address their concerns. |
Question Regarding Submission/Additional Information Required | The company has submitted financial data but additional information is required to generate a rating. RapidRatings is following up directly with the counterparty for the additional data. |
Rated | This request has been rated successfully and the FHR is now ready to be viewed |
Request Created | This request is being initiated, and RapidRatings will send the introduction email shortly. |
Request On Hold | This outreach has been put on hold. If it was by client request, RapidRatings will wait until asked to resume. If it was company requested, RapidRatings will reach out to them at a predetermined follow-up date. This most often occurs when the counterparty indicates their financials are not yet available. |
Share Accepted | The company has accepted the Share Request and the rating is now ready to be viewed |
Share Requested | This company has been previously rated within the FHR Exchange so we have sent them a request to share their existing FHR with you. |
Share Request Failed | The share request email was unable to be delivered to the provided company’s contact details. Please provide us with alternative contact details. |
Supplier Contacted | The Supplier has been contacted using the details provided and we are waiting for the company to take action. |
Supplier Contact Failed | The attempt to contact the Supplier using the details provided was not successful. Please provide us with alternative contact details. |
