The Credit Usage Dashboard gives you real-time visibility into your organization's credit balance and spend — right inside your RapidRatings portal. You can see how many credits you've purchased, how many you've used, how many remain, and a full line-by-line history of every credit-bearing activity, without needing to contact your Client Success representative.

Who can access it
The Credit Usage Dashboard is available to primary users — administrators and program managers on your account. If you're not seeing the dashboard in your navigation, check with your account administrator to confirm your user type.
Where to find it
From your home page: A summary widget shows your credits purchased, used, and remaining, each with a percentage breakdown. Click "Go to Credit Usage Dashboard" to see the full view.
The Credit Utilization Dashboard
This section will provide a high-level overview of your active contract with RapidRatings. It outlines your allotment, along with how many credits have been used and credits remaining. The definitions for the visible fields are below:
Your current tier: Enterprise or Standard
Contract term: Contract dates of total contract (all contract periods)
Total contract allocation: Credits allotted for all contract periods combined
Current Contract Period: Dates of the current contract period. All dashboard figures and events are calculated for events transpired in this timeframe.
Total Credits: Credits allotted for the current contract period
Credits used: Sum of all credits used in current contract period
Credits remaining: Number of credits remaining in current contract period
Credit Activity Log
Below the summary, you'll find a full activity log covering every credit-bearing action during your contract period, including:
Activity type (e.g., New Outreach, Refresh, FastTrack, RiskPulse)
Company name
Date and time (UTC)
The user who triggered the action
Credits deducted or refunded
Your running balance
You can export this log to CSV at any time.

Warning states
To help you stay ahead of your usage, the dashboard shows:
Amber warning — appears once you've used 80% or more of your credits
Red banner — appears once all credits are used and your account has moved into overage
What happens if I run out of credits?
Running out of credits doesn't interrupt your access to the platform. You can keep working as usual — your balance simply goes negative, and that overage may be billed at $40 per credit. The dashboard will clearly show your overage amount, so you always know where you stand. Your Client Success representative will follow up separately regarding overage billing.
FAQs
Can I filter the activity log?
Not yet — you'll see the full, unfiltered log for now, with the option to export to CSV. Filtering by activity type, date range, and user is coming soon.
Will I be notified as I approach my credit limit?
The dashboard shows amber and red warning indicators as you approach and reach your limit. Automated usage alerts and email notifications are planned for a future release.
Why does a single request have multiple events?
This can happen as our internal team are processing your outreach requests. All requests start as "New", then converted to a share or refresh. The event history will show the request being created, refund, then charge for the end state of the request.
How come Total Credits and Total contract allocation have different values?
Total contract allocation represents how many credits your organization has for ALL contract years. Total credits represent how many credits are allocated for the current contract period.
Does this apply to my whole team?
The dashboard is currently available to primary users (administrators and program managers) only. Secondary users won't see it in their navigation.
I have more questions about my credit balance or overage — who do I contact? Reach out to your Client Success representative, who can walk through your account's specifics with you.
