Overview
Credits are used in RiskPulse to access company profiles and refresh company reports. Your organization’s total credit allocation is determined by your subscription tier.

When credits are used
Viewing a company profile for the first time
Refreshing an existing company report to pull updated data
Adding a company through Bulk Add in the Bulk Upload flow, if that company has not been viewed before
You are not charged for reopening a company profile you have already saved unless you choose to refresh it.
How many credits a company cost
The number of credits required depends on the company’s country of origin:
1 credit for companies in select countries where Creditsafe owns the data
3 credits for companies in all other countries
Countries that cost 1 credit
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Monaco, Moldova, North Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia (partially in Europe), San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Ukraine, Vatican City, United States of America, Mexico, and Canada.
Any company not listed above requires 3 credits.
What happens if you exceed your credit allotment?
If your organization uses more credits than your subscription includes, you can continue viewing companies up to 100 overage credits. Overage credits are billed at $50 per credit and invoiced at the end of the monthly billing period.
After the 100-credit overage limit is reached, you can still:
Search for companies, but not open new profile pages
View profiles you have already downloaded
See updates for tracked companies in participating countries
You can view your total overage credit usage in the Utilization Summary on the RiskPulse Home Page.
