The following definitions are intended to help primary program administrators interpret the monthly utilization metrics emailed on the second Friday of each month.
Note: Utilization figures are measured on a contract-year basis. Metrics reset on the first day of your current contract year, and unused allotments do not rollover to subsequent contract years.
Private Company Outreach Utilization
Includes private FHR report updates, as well as lost requests and open requests where the outreach’s created date falls within the current contract year.
Private Company - Direct Client Submission
Reports generated from financial statements that have been submitted from a client source to RapidRatings for analysis and data entry during the current contract year.
Private Company - Client Entry
Number of reports generated when a client enters financial statement data directly into RapidRatings data entry screens.
Public Companies Monitored
Number of unique public companies in the Master Portfolio during the current contract year-to-date.
Private Companies Monitored via HealthMark
Number of unique private companies in the Master List monitored through HealthMark during the current contract year-to-date.
Private Company FHRs
Number of private companies in the Master Portfolio that have been updated or released during the current contract year-to-date.
