Understanding the Platform Access Model

Written by Jack Bertolini

The Platform Access Model governs how your organization tracks and consumes credits on the RapidRatings platform. This article explains what credits are, how they are charged per activity, and how the FastTrack flow works for existing members.

What are credits?

Credits are the unit of consumption on the RapidRatings platform. Each time your team performs a qualifying activity — such as submitting a new outreach request, requesting a report refresh, or accepting a member share — credits are deducted from your organization's balance.

Re-Up packs: If your credit balance runs low, additional credits can be purchased in packs of 250, 500, or 1,000. Re-Up credits are added to your existing balance. Contact your account manager to purchase a Re-Up pack.

Overage charges: If your balance reaches zero, further activity is billed at $40 per credit — above the standard block rate. We recommend contacting your account manager early if your balance is running low.

Credit charges by activity type

The table below shows the credits deducted for each activity type. Enterprise clients receive zero-credit access to Member Share and FastTrack activities — see the column headers.
