Summary
In April 2026, we are launching a new functionality via the Essential Membership allowing your private company members to proactively share their FHR Report with customers.
As a client, the Primary Users will be notified if an existing member would like to share their report with you. Once this is received, you will have the option to accept the share request.
Member Experience:
Step 1: Homepage
On the Homepage, the member will navigate to the Manage Sharing section, at the bottom of the page. Click on Share My Rating button.
Step 2: Share My FHR Rating
The member will be brought to a new screen. Input the fields and contact info to initiate the share.
If the party is already a client, they will receive a share request from you.
If the party is not a member of our Network, they will receive an email invitation link to enroll in our Network to get access to your rating.
Step 3: Share Initiated
After the share invitation has been sent, it will show up in the table below, Recent Invitations:
The Status will update once the share request has been actioned. If the party is a client of RapidRatings, they will be notified of the share request on their side of the portal.
Client Experience:
Step 1: Navigate to the FHR Exchange
After a member decided to share their FHR Report with you, a member of your team will need to sign into the FHR Exchange dashboard to accept the share. First, navigate to the program dashboard:
Step 2: Accept Share Requests:
A list of available shares will show with the status "Available Share". As a user, you have the ability to accept the share request.
Important: If you decide to accept the share request, this will count against your private company allotment.
