Summary:
RapidRatings Network Members can now share their ActionPath with their customers. This article explains what ActionPath visibility enables and how you can request access to a supplier’s ActionPath directly from the RapidRatings platform.

Time to complete: 2–5 minutes
Who can do this: Clients with FHR access for the supplier’s company
Applies to: RapidRatings clients interacting with Network Members

What you gain with ActionPath visibility

  • 👁️ Visibility into supplier improvements

  • 📊 Better risk decisions based on planned and in‑progress actions

  • 🤝 Stronger supplier relationships through transparency and collaboration

  • Proactive risk management with earlier insight into remediation steps

Before you begin (Prerequisites)

Important

  • You must already have FHR® report access for the supplier’s company in order to view their ActionPath.

  • The supplier (the FHR Exchange Member) must be subscribed to the Essential membership tier to share ActionPath.

  • For details on membership tiers, see Basic vs. Essential Memberships (link to your overview).

Request access to a supplier’s ActionPath

Step 1: Go to the supplier’s company profile

  • In the RapidRatings platform, navigate to the company’s Profile page where you already view their FHR.

Step 2: Select “Request ActionPath”

  • On the company profile, locate the ActionPath section.

  • Click Request ActionPath, then select Request Access when prompted.

Step 3: Track the request status

  • After submitting, you’ll see the request status displayed in the ActionPath sharing section.

  • The supplier (FHR Exchange Member) is automatically notified and can log in to review and accept your request.

Step 4: View the ActionPath once approved

  • When the supplier accepts, the ActionPath becomes visible to your team in the company’s Reports page (and ActionPath section of the profile).

  • Refresh the page or return later if you don’t see it immediately.

Notes & tips

  • Access is controlled by the supplier. If you can’t see an ActionPath after requesting, your request may still be pending or was declined.

  • You need FHR access first. If you do not have FHR for the company, the ActionPath share cannot be completed.

  • Essential tier required. Suppliers must be on Essential to share ActionPaths.

Troubleshooting

My request shows “Pending” for a long time.

  • The supplier must approve the share. Consider contacting your supplier contact directly to expedite.

  • You can also cancel and re‑submit the request from the same panel if available.

We lost access to the ActionPath after previously viewing it.

  • The supplier can revoke or change sharing at any time. Reach out to your supplier contact to re‑enable access, then repeat the request flow if needed.
