User Types in RapidRatings

RapidRatings has two types of users:

  • Primary Users – Organization-wide program administrators.

  • Secondary Users – Have full access to the RapidRatings portal and its functionality, but with limited program-wide privileges.

The number of users for each type depends on your current contract. If your organization is just starting your RapidRatings program, follow these steps to determine user roles:

  1. Determine the Program Managers Who will be responsible for liaising with RapidRatings from your organization or coordinating internal groups?

  2. Identify Users Needing Platform AccessWho will require direct access to RapidRatings' platform on a regular basis?

  3. Determine User Seat Allocation Assign seats based on your contract limits and role requirements.

Primary User Privileges

Primary Users have access to:

Access Available to All Users

All users, including Secondary Users, have access to:

  • Public company ratings and reports

  • Private company ratings and reports completed for your Organization

  • Management of individual portfolios and the ability to build associated reports

  • Access additional collateral such as Country Reports, Sector Reports, and other online resources (such as this Help Center)

  • Ability to access the Escalations associated with private company ratings, where you are listed as the Relationship Manager
