We offer three types of E-mail Alerts: Ratings Changes, News Alerts and Solicitation Alerts to help you stay informed, proactively manage and monitor risk and react to new information as it becomes available. You can access these options under Program Management. A good place to start is Manage FHR Alerts.
We automatically enable several types of E-Mail Alerts, and our system allows our users to fully customize their own alerts.
Ratings Changes
This is our most common E-Mail Alert. It allows users to monitor a group of companies (called a portfolio) by receiving a notification when a financial health rating changes. The alert can be customized to notify of new ratings or ratings changes within specific parameters on either a daily, weekly or monthly basis, because sometimes receiving too many emails can be worse than receiving none!
News Alerts
We use Thomson Reuters to provide a qualitative news aspect on public companies under coverage. The aim of this is to provide additional perspective, allowing you to gain insight into the stories impacting counterparties that are important. These alerts are daily, but you can choose what time to receive them.
If these sound interesting to you, check out our instructions on setting up alerts here: Setting up Alerts for yourself |
Outreach Alerts
For clients who have engaged us to collect financial data from their counterparties (private company outreach, there are several alerts associated with the program. Read more here: Outreach emails and alerts
As a primary user, you can set up News and Ratings Changes Alerts for other users in your organization. Check out our article in Progam Administration to learn more: Setting up alerts for others |
