Our system is organized into two main navigation categories:

  • Rating Analysis – Helps you use ratings to make better decisions.

  • Program Management – Helps you manage the process of producing ratings and delivering them to the appropriate stakeholders.

Finding an FHR

To locate a company’s FHR, go to Rating Analysis > Company Reports.

You can access the FHR for any public company within our coverage universe, as well as any private company that we have specifically rated for your organization.

Please note that only private company reports that have been completed for your organization will show up in the Company Reports search.

On the Company Reports page:

  • You can search by company name. Results will auto-populate as you type.

  • For public companies, you may also search by ticker symbol.

  • For private companies, you can also search using the private ticker, if you have it.

Select the company of interest to open its preview page, which includes the FHR trend, financial periods rated, and report release dates. Scrolling further down will give you direct access to specific reports.

Public Company Search

If a public company’s FHR appears out of date and newer financial statements are available, you can use the Suggest Rating Update feature. Public company ratings are typically refreshed within 1 - 2 days of new financials being released.

Can't find the public company you're looking for?

If you can’t find a public company in the system, use the Request Public Addition option.

Private Company Search

Private company report names match the legal name provided on the company’s submitted financial statements, which may differ from the name submitted at the start of the outreach process. To locate a report associated with a solicitation request, go to Program Management > Network Outreach.

For additional guidance on tracking private company requests, see: FHR Exchange Program Management Overview.
