There are several ways RapidRatings notifies program stakeholders about the status of private company requests.

Escalations

  • A Member Services Associate at RapidRatings will contact the Client’s Relationship Manager when a private company request needs escalation.

  • An escalation always requires an action from you.

  • Primary users at the Client can be cc'ed on the escalation email.

Rating Production

  • All Primary Users receive a daily email each morning with a summary of private companies rated the previous day.

  • You will not receive an email if no ratings were produced the day before.

  • For more information or to enable these alerts, please reach out to your dedicated Client Services representative.
