There are several ways RapidRatings notifies program stakeholders about the status of private company requests.
Escalations
A Member Services Associate at RapidRatings will contact the Client’s Relationship Manager when a private company request needs escalation.
An escalation always requires an action from you.
Primary users at the Client can be cc'ed on the escalation email.

Rating Production
All Primary Users receive a daily email each morning with a summary of private companies rated the previous day.
You will not receive an email if no ratings were produced the day before.
