Once you have reached out to your counterparty informing them of the RapidRatings process, the request will be imported into our system with the appropriate client and counterparty contact information. From here, the Member Services team will send an additional introduction letter with a link for the counterparty to create an account and submit up to date financial information.
The steps that the counterparty will go through to set up their account and submit financial information are outlined below.
Step One: Introduction Letter
- Counterparty receives introduction letter from RapidRatings' Member Services
Step Two: FHRX Registration
- Counterparty reviews and begins click through-agreement
- Counterparty completes the member registration process by creating an account and providing company details
- Privacy and Security information are provided
Step Three: Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Counterparty is provided documentation around NDA with details around ability to control level of disclosure
- RapidRatings highlights our treatment of private company data pursuant to selected disclosure level
Step Four: Account Creation
- Supplier’s account is now created
- Instructions are provided for financial statement upload
Step Five: Financial Statement Submission
- Member uploads financial statements through their member account
Step Six: Confirmation of Financial statement submission
- Page confirming the financials were submitted
- Financials are reviewed by our Data Analysis team
- If there are any clarifications required, the DA team will send the request back to the member to provide additional details
- Instructions on updating disclosure level to Limited Transparency if needed
Step Seven: Post Rating Release
- The member will receive an email notification upon rating completion
- Members can login to their account, navigate to homepage with following features enabled:
- Access to FHR and Limited Disclosure report
- Share Management
