Overview
As of April 2026, FHR Exchange members have the ability to proactively update their reports with more recent financial information. If your team has access to the report, you will automatically receive the updated report.
Based on the Member's subscription level, they will have a certain allotment for self-service refreshes they can complete per-year.
Important: As a client of RapidRatings, you can continue to submit refreshes at any time. For additional refresh sources, please see the following article.
Refreshes by Membership Level
Membership Level | Refreshes per Year | How Refreshing Works |
Basic | 1 refresh | Self‑serve (1 time) |
Essential | 4 refreshes | Self‑serve (up to 4 times) |
How Self‑Serve Refreshing Works
Basic Members
The member can refresh a report once
After your refresh is used:
The refresh button becomes disabled (greyed out)
No additional self‑serve refreshes are available unless they upgrade their membership
The member will still be able to complete client requests that come in throughout the year, so it will not impact your outreach program
Essential Members
The members can refresh reports up to 4 times per year
Each refresh deducts one from the available total
The refresh button remains active until all 4 refreshes are used
How Members can Proactively Update their Ratings
1. Find the “Update My Rating” Button
The member can access the refresh option through several channels:
2. Confirm The Refresh
A confirmation window will display:
3. Upload The Latest Financial Information
Choose the upload method that fits your workflow:
QuickSync — Connect your accounting system for the quickest path to an updated rating
Manual Data Entry — Input your financials directly
Structured Template — Upload using our pre-formatted template
4. Receive the Updated Rating
After the information is validated, the report is automatically updated with the newest financial information.
Once this is complete, your team will have visibility into the updated FHR as long as there is an active share between you and the member
