RapidRatings Surveys allow you to collect additional insights from your suppliers and vendors—providing valuable context beyond financial data. These surveys are seamlessly integrated into our Outreach process, and responses can be easily reviewed and downloaded through the FHR Exchange.

Creating a Survey
To create a survey:
Collaborate with your Client Success Manager to design a customized survey.
Surveys are linked to each request within a Campaign, ensuring relevant businesses are grouped together for meaningful analysis.
Once activated at the Campaign level, your survey will accompany each request sent to suppliers. This includes all request types (New, Refresh, and Share requests)
Reviewing & Exporting Results
You have two ways to access survey results:
1. Bulk Results
Navigate to the Surveys Interface via the Program Management menu.
Here, you can view all surveys and download responses in bulk.

You can also download all answers into a single CSV file for comprehensive analysis.
2. Individual Responses
View responses within the specific supplier’s outreach request via the FHR Exchange Dashboards.
Responses appear at the bottom of the screen for quick reference.
