The Portfolios Filter and Display feature introduces Portfolio functionality to the Unified Supplier View (USV), thereby further enhancing your ability to view Suppliers according to your pre-configured Portfolios.
Portfolio details can be exported, providing you the capability to analyze ‘All’ your Suppliers or 'Filter' by your selected Portfolio to gain a comprehensive understanding of the distribution (Total count) of Assigned Portfolios for Suppliers across your organization.
The key features include:
A new column in the Portfolio section that displays the selected Portfolio along with the total count of Portfolios associated with each Supplier (Assigned Portfolios)
A clickable option that enables you to delve deeper via a pop-up screen, which presents a breakdown of Portfolios categorized by your User and Shared Portfolios accessible within your Organization.
Export Functionality: Choose Full or Filtered Export to export your results
