ActionPath status is now integrated into the Universal Supplier View (USV) and Dashboard, making it easy to monitor coverage across your supplier portfolio and manage existing requests from one place.

Why this matters

This feature transforms ActionPath from scattered, supplier-by-supplier updates into a portfolio-wide visibility and management tool.

Key benefits

  • Visibility: See ActionPath coverage across all suppliers at a glance

  • Efficiency: Filter and prioritize follow-up without spreadsheets

  • Management: Take action on existing requests directly from USV

  • Intelligence: Dashboard insights automatically highlight coverage gaps

Monitoring & Management

1) ActionPath status in USV (all suppliers)

USV now includes an ActionPath Status column with clear visual indicators for every supplier.

Status indicators

  • Blue — ActionPath Shared: Active access is available

  • Yellow — Request Pending: Awaiting supplier response

  • Red — Not Shared / Denied / Revoked: Access is not available

  • Gray — Not Requested: No request has been sent

Benefit: Instant clarity on where ActionPath is active—and where coverage is missing.

2) Smart filtering by ActionPath status

You can filter your supplier list by ActionPath status to quickly focus on the suppliers that need attention.

Filter Options:

  • ActionPath: Not Shared - No action has been taken on this company related to sharing

  • ActionPath: Shared - This private company has accepted an invitation to share their ActionPath with you

  • ActionPath: Request Pending - Your team has requested the ActionPath, but the private company has not accepted the request yet.

  • ActionPath: Denied - The company denied the request to share their ActionPath

  • ActionPath: Revoked - The private company previously shared their ActionPath with you, but have since revoked access.

Helpful examples

  • “Show me suppliers without ActionPath” → identify coverage gaps

  • “Show me pending requests” → prioritize follow-ups

  • “Show me denied/revoked” → understand coverage blockers

Benefit: Faster prioritization and more targeted outreach.

3) Dashboard widget for coverage gaps

Your dashboard now includes a widget that surfaces ActionPath coverage gaps automatically, so you don’t have to manually audit supplier lists.

Current behavior

  • Selecting the widget opens USV pre-filtered to the relevant suppliers

  • From there, you can view status details and take available actions (e.g., reminders)

Benefit: Proactive insight—so teams can focus effort where it matters most.

4) ActionPath menu actions (per supplier)

Within USV, each supplier row includes an ActionPath action menu (right‑click or dropdown), allowing quick actions based on the current status.

Available actions (depending on status)

  • 👁️ View ActionPath (if shared)

  • 🔔 Send Reminder (if pending)

  • 📅 Set Deadline (if pending)

  • ⏸️ Withdraw Request (if pending)

  • 🚫 Revoke Access (if shared)

Benefit: Manage existing ActionPath relationships in one place—without switching views.

Best practices for your teams

  • Start on the Dashboard to identify gaps quickly

  • Use filters in USV to segment suppliers by next action (pending, never requested, denied)

  • Standardize follow-up by using reminders and deadlines for pending requests

  • Reduce manual work by relying on USV + dashboard views rather than tracking spreadsheets
