What is the FHR Portfolio Dashboard?
The FHR Portfolio Dashboard allows you to view key program and supplier metrics in a visually intuitive dashboard. Gaining quick insights into supplier ratings and outreach statuses, checking supplier risk levels, and outdated ratings requiring a refresh. The dashboard view gives you key program metrics at a glance. All dashboard values can be selected, which will navigate you to a filtered list of suppliers in the Unified Supplier View.
How do you access the Dashboard?
From the Home Page, you will see a banner (screenshot below)
Select ‘View my Program Dashboard’ from the banner to navigate to the Program Summary tab.
Select ‘View Unified Supplier View’ from the banner to navigate to the List View tab of the Unified Supplier View.
Program Summary Dashboard
When you have navigated to the Program Summary Dashboard, you will see an overview of your program. The dashboard contains several charts that will give you greater insight into your program while allowing you to make key supplier decisions instantly.
When you select any numerical value on the dashboard, you will be navigated to the List View tab filtered by your selection. E.g., Selecting Very High Risk in the Breakdown of FHRs will navigate you to the List View tab filtered by FHRs that have a rating of Very High Risk.
Program Overview
The Program Overview is a breakdown of your entire program highlighting the number of suppliers and breaking them down by their rating type. Selecting each of these values will navigate you to List View filtered by your selection.
All Suppliers - All suppliers in your program. This includes:
All of your suppliers with an FHR Rating
Suppliers with a HealthMark Rating that are within your Master HealthMark list
Suppliers currently going through the outreach process who do not yet have a rating
FHRs - All of your private and public suppliers with an FHR Rating
HealthMarks - All of your suppliers with the Master HealthMark list
Outreach Overview
An Overview of all Outreaches broken down by parent status. Selecting each of these values will navigate you to List View filtered by your selection.
Open Outreaches - All Outreaches which are currently in progress
All Escalated Outreaches - All Outreaches which require your attention to progress further
Successful Outreaches - All Outreaches which have been completed with an FHR Rating
Closed Outreaches - All Outreaches which have been closed without a rating
Breakdown of FHRs
All of your FHRs are broken down by each FHR Rating, giving you an overall risk profile of your program. Selecting each of these values will navigate you to List View filtered by the FHR Rating you have selected.
Current and Out-of-Date FHRs
A breakdown of your FHRs to give you an understanding of your FHRs which are outdated and require a refresh. Additionally, a breakdown of those Outdated FHRs to understand where they are in the refresh process. Selecting each of these values will navigate you to List View filtered by your selection.
Outdated FHRs - Total number of FHRs where the FHR Financial Period is more than 12 months ago
Current FHRs - Total number of FHRs where the FHR Financial Period is less than 12 months ago
Outdated FHRs, Refresh Required - Outdated FHRs that require a refresh where the refresh process has not been initiated
Outdated FHRs, Request Open - Outdated FHRs where a refresh is currently in progress
Outdated FHRs, Refresh Lost - Outdated FHRs where a refresh was initiated but has subsequently been closed without a rating
FHR Delta Overview
Highlighting the FHRs where their rating has fluctuated from the previous FHR Rating. Using the FHR Delta column in the Unified Supplier List, you can quickly see the suppliers where their FHR Rating has increased or decreased. Selecting each of these values will navigate you to List View filtered by the suppliers where their FHR Rating has been downgraded or upgraded.
FHR Delta Decrease Breakdown
A breakdown of your supplies which are migrating into higher risk categories. Allowing you to focus on the suppliers where their risk levels are increasing. Selecting each of these values will navigate you to List View filtered by your selection.
FHR decreased into Very High Risk - Suppliers which currently have a FHR Rating of Very High Risk and were previously in a lower risk category
FHR decreased into High Risk - Suppliers which currently have a FHR Rating of High Risk and were previously in a lower risk category
FHR decreased into Medium Risk - Suppliers which currently have a FHR Rating of Medium Risk and were previously in a lower risk category
FHR Rating Filter
The Dashboard can be filtered by the FHR Rating Filter. You can select one or multiple options on the filter, and the dashboard charts will update to reflect your selection.
Note: The Program Overview and Outreach Overview numbers will not be impacted by the filters.
Release Date Filter
The dashboard can be filtered by ‘Release Date’. This will allow you to focus on the latest FHR Ratings, which have been released. The charts in the dashboard will update to only include results based on your selection. You can select one of the following options:
All time - All FHRs in your portfolio. This is the default option
Past 7 Days - All suppliers which have an FHR Release date in the past 7 days
Past 30 Days - All suppliers which have an FHR Release date in the past 30 days
Past 90 Days - All suppliers which have an FHR Release date in the past 90 days
Past Year - All suppliers which have an FHR Release date in the past year
Print Dashboard
The dashboard can be printed to share with colleagues. You can select ‘Print Dashboard’ in the top right corner, and a print dialogue will open. This can be printed in portrait or landscape. If filters are applied, the results will be reflected in the printout.
