Definitions
The following table outlines definitions and logic for each value on the dashboard. Please note that the counts within the charts marked with a '*' will update dynamically based on the filters you have selected.

Program Overview | All Suppliers | Total count of all suppliers from the Unified Supplier View. This includes:

FHRs | Total count of all public and private suppliers within your program | |
HealthMarks | Total count of all suppliers within your Master HealthMark list | |
Outreach Overview | Open Outreaches | Total count of all outreaches that are currently in progress with the following status:

All Escalated Outreaches | Total count of all outreaches that are currently in progress with the following status:

Successful Outreaches | Total count of all outreaches that are currently in progress with the following status:

Closed Outreaches | Total count of all outreaches that are currently in progress with the following status:

Breakdown of FHRs * | Total FHRs | Total count of all public and private suppliers within your program |
Very High Risk | Total count of all public and private suppliers within your program with an FHR Rating of ‘Very High Risk’ | |
High Risk | Total count of all public and private suppliers within your program with an FHR Rating of ‘High Risk’ | |
Medium Risk | Total count of all public and private suppliers within your program with an FHR Rating of ‘Medium Risk’ | |
Low Risk | Total count of all public and private suppliers within your program with an FHR Rating of ‘Low Risk’ | |
Very Low Risk | Total count of all public and private suppliers within your program with an FHR Rating of ‘Very Low Risk’ | |
Current and Out of Date FHRs * | Outdated FHRs | Total count of all suppliers where the ‘FHR Financial Period’ is more than 12 months ago and the FHR Rating is deemed to be outdated |
Current FHRs | Total count of all suppliers where the ‘FHR Financial Period’ is less than 12 months ago and the FHR Rating is deemed to be Current | |
Outdated FHRs - Refresh Required | Total count of all suppliers where the FHR Rating is outdated and there is currently not a refresh in progress. The suppliers latest Outreach status is one of the above:

Outdated FHRs - Refresh Open | Total count of all suppliers where the FHR Rating is outdated and there is a refresh in progress. The suppliers latest Outreach status is one of the above:

Outdated FHRs - Refresh Lost | Total count of all suppliers where the FHR Rating is outdated and the latest outreach has been closed without a FHR Rating. The suppliers latest Outreach status is one of the above:

FHR Delta Overview * | FHR – Decreased | Total count of suppliers where the FHR Rating has decreased from their previous rating. Utilising the FHR Delta column from the Unified Supplier View. |
FHR - Increased | Total count of suppliers where the FHR Rating has increased from their previous rating. Utilising the FHR Delta column from the Unified Supplier View. | |
FHR Delta Decrease Breakdown * | FHR decreased into Very High Risk | Total count of suppliers who meet the following criteria:
