We offer three types of E-Mail Alerts to help you stay informed, monitor risk, and keep track of important updates:

  • Ratings Changes Alerts

  • News Alerts

  • Outreach (Solicitation) Alerts

You can manage all alert settings under Program Management. A good place to start is Manage FHR Alerts.

Some alerts are enabled automatically, and users can fully customize their alert settings as needed.

Ratings Changes

Ratings Changes Alerts let you know when a Financial Health Rating (FHR) is added or updated for companies in your portfolio.

You can choose:

  • Whether to receive alerts for new ratings, rating changes, or both

  • Specific rating thresholds

  • How often you’d like to receive notifications (daily, weekly, or monthly)

This helps you stay informed without being overwhelmed by emails.

News Alerts

News Alerts provide daily news coverage for public companies, sourced from LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group). These alerts offer helpful context on developments that may impact the companies you monitor.

  • Delivered daily

  • You can select the time of day they’re sent

If you’d like to get started, check out our instructions on Setting Up Alerts for Yourself.

Outreach Alerts

Outreach Alerts are available for clients using our outreach services, where we gather financial data directly from their counterparties on their behalf.

For more details, see Outreach Emails and Alerts.

Managing Alerts for Others

If you are a primary user, you can also set up Ratings Changes and News Alerts for other users in your organization.

Learn more in Setting Up Alerts for Others under Program Administration.
