As a program manager, you'll need to issue new logins, deactivate certain users and unlock accounts.
Currently, the fastest way to manage users is to email support@rapidratings.com. This inbox is managed by the Client Support team. Please note that in order to issue any new login, the Support team will need written permission from a Program Manager at that organization.
When requesting access, please provide the name and email address of the new user. The user will receive an activation link via email from support@rapidratings.com. It's important that the new user clicks on that link as soon as possible, since it expires after a certain time period.

As a new user, or if you request a password reset, you'll need to adhere to the following criteria when creating the password: minimum one upper case, one lower case, one numeric character and a minimum length of eight characters. New passwords cannot be one of the last five passwords you had on our system
