What is RiskPulse Monitoring?
RiskPulse Monitoring keeps you informed of changes to the companies you do business with. This feature provides daily alerts when key company information changes, enabling you to act quickly and reduce risk exposure.
How Monitoring Works
When you add companies from eligible countries to your RiskPulse List, they’ll be automatically included in your Monitoring service. There, you can check for alerts and review the details. Alerts help you determine if a company’s RiskPulse report should be refreshed to include the latest data.
Tooltips and icons in the portal clearly show when a company is not eligible for monitoring.
What Does it Monitor?
RiskPulse Monitoring tracks critical events and updates, including:
Credit score and credit limit changes
Displays the Current Score and Previous Score
This allows you to see if there have been any score changes before you refresh your report!
New financial accounts filed
Company name, address, or contact changes
Legal notices (e.g., administration, liquidation, winding-up)
County Court Judgments (CCJs)
Changes in ultimate holding company
Alerts are visible in your RiskPulse List, so you never miss important updates. You will get a weekly email notification summarizing all monitoring alerts from the previous week
