What is the HealthMark Dashboard?
The HealthMark Dashboard allows you to view key program and HealthMark supplier metrics in a visually intuitive format. It provides quick insights into HealthMark supplier ratings, with supplier risk levels segmented by country and sector, so you can understand risk exposure at a glance.
All values displayed on the dashboard are interactive. Selecting any metric navigates you to a filtered list of suppliers in the Unified Supplier View. The dashboard reflects all suppliers included in your HealthMark Master List.
How do you access the Dashboard?
The HealthMark Dashboard is accessed through the Unified Supplier View:
Navigate to the Unified Supplier View page
Select the HealthMark Summary tab
This opens the HealthMark Dashboard.
HealthMark Summary Dashboard
The HealthMark Summary Dashboard provides an overview of your HealthMark suppliers using a series of interactive charts. These visualizations help you assess supplier risk across your program and make informed decisions quickly.
Selecting any numerical value on the dashboard navigates you to the List View tab, automatically filtered based on your selection. For example, selecting Very High Risk in the HealthMark breakdown will display all suppliers with a Very High Risk rating.
Breakdown of HealthMarks
This section displays all HealthMark suppliers grouped by HealthMark Risk Level, giving you an overall risk profile of your program. Each rating is selectable and links directly to the List View, filtered by the selected HealthMark Risk Level.
HealthMark Distribution across the Globe
The HealthMark Distribution Across the Globe map provides a visual overview of supplier risk by country:
Countries with HealthMark-rated suppliers are highlighted in blue
The shade of blue represents the average HealthMark rating for that country
Darker shades indicate higher average risk
You can zoom in and out to focus on specific regions. Selecting one or more highlighted countries displays a detailed breakdown of supplier risk levels for each selected country, making it easy to identify regions that may require closer attention based on supplier health.
From there, selecting any risk level navigates you directly to the List View, filtered to show only the relevant suppliers, making it easy to drill down into specific areas of concern and take action where needed.
HealthMark Coverage by Sector
The HealthMark Coverage by Sector chart shows supplier risk across industry sectors. Each sector where you have suppliers is represented, with bars indicating the number of suppliers and their associated HealthMark Ratings.
Risk levels are color-coded from Very Low Risk to Very High Risk, making it easy to identify sectors that may require closer attention. This visual breakdown allows for quick, informed decision-making when evaluating supplier health across industries.
Selecting a sector reveals a detailed breakdown by risk level. Selecting any risk level then navigates you to the List View, filtered to the relevant suppliers.
Filters
To help you focus on the most relevant supplier data, the dashboard includes the following filters:
HealthMark Risk Levels: Filter suppliers by HealthMark rating, from Very Low Risk to Very High Risk
Countries: Narrow your view to suppliers located in specific countries
Sectors: Focus on suppliers within particular industry sectors
You can apply one or multiple filters at the same time. Use Clear to remove all applied filters and return to the full dashboard view.
