Issuing logins & unlocking accounts

As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for issuing new logins, deactivating users, and unlocking accounts.

The fastest way to manage user access is to email [email protected], which is monitored by our Client Services team.

Please note that in order to issue any new login, the Client Services team will need written permission from a Program Manager at that organization.

Requesting a New User Login

When requesting access, please provide:

  • The new user’s full name

  • Their email address

The new user will receive an activation link via email from [email protected]. This link expires after a set period of time, so they should activate their account as soon as possible.

Username & Password Requirements

Your username is your email address. You can change this after activation.

When creating or resetting a password, the following criteria apply:

  • At least one uppercase letter

  • At least one lowercase letter

  • At least one number

  • Minimum of 8 characters

  • Cannot be one of the last five passwords used
