RapidRatings works to provide timely and accurate financial health ratings as soon as company financial statements are filed. Here’s what you need to know about our public company rating release process:
When Are Ratings Released?
Once companies file their financial statements, RapidRatings typically releases ratings guidance within 1–2 business days.
Public company financial data is sourced from LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), a leading global provider.
Our system displays an “Approximate Rating Update Expected” date for the next anticipated rating update.
If you are having trouble finding a public company. Select the "Request a Public Company Rating" option to submit a request with our Operations and Enablement team.
Public Filing Deadlines
Filing requirements vary by company size and country, but general guidelines are:
Annual Statements (e.g., 10-K): Due 60–90 days after the fiscal year-end.
Quarterly Statements (e.g., 10-Q): Due 40–45 days after the quarter-end.
