Getting answers to your day-to-day service questions is easy! Contact a member of the Client Services team by utilizing one of the following channels:

Client Portal

  • Clicking the RapidRatings widget in the bottom right-hand corner of the portal interface

  • Enter your question in the search bar. Relevant Help Center articles will appear automatically.

  • If you don’t find the information you need, click Messages to ask your question.

  • Once submitted, our Support AI will attempt to find an answer to your inquiry or route you to one of our Client Services agents.

  • You can track the status of your ongoing conversations and access your conversation history in one place.

What We Can Help With

Our Client Services team is equipped to handle your everyday service inquiries, including:

  • Private Company Request Status Updates and Escalation Support

  • Login Questions

  • Reporting Inquiries (e.g., Matrix Report or Ratio Extraction)

  • Ratings Questions

  • Refresh Requests

You’ll receive a confirmation email within 5 business hours letting you know we’ve received your request. Our team will review your request and follow up as soon as possible. Please note that resolution times may vary depending on the nature of your inquiry.
