If you are interested in the API integration, reach out to your dedicated Account Manager and Client Services Manager.
After discussing your goals, and establishing the framework (other data points included, outline of the platform, level of coverage expected from RapidRatings) and feasibility, the next steps are as follows:
- Set up Testing Environment: We will need a Technical Contact at your company and also need you to whitelist our domain. For our part, we'll take this info, and ask our Tech team to set up the infrastructure
- Provision of Testing Package: Once this is done, we will provide you with the API documentation, as well as testing login information. Here, we'll need you to work with us to ensure that we can successfully connect and access your data via the API. This is all done in a Sandbox environment and is typically the longest step!
- Move API to Live: Once you confirm that the API test was successful, and that the infrastructure on your end is complete (i.e. whatever dashboard you are using to pull and show the information), we will turn on to Live Data, after ticking a few boxes with you (sometimes we need to white list new IP address and the like)
- Maintenance: the hardest part is over, but sometimes things happen. We are here to support whenever there are issues
