What client data does CreditSafe store?

CreditSafe stores limited administrative data required for billing and service delivery, such as company identifiers, usage estimates, and account tier information.

How is data protected?

CreditSafe operates under a globally certified security framework, including ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certification. Data is encrypted, access‑controlled, monitored, and protected through enterprise‑grade security practices.

What happens to the company lists provided for matching or monitoring?

Customer‑provided company lists are treated as confidential and:

  • Used only to deliver the contracted service

  • Not resold or repurposed

  • Retained only as long as necessary

  • Securely deleted or anonymized once no longer required
