What is Organizational Data?

Organizational Data enables seamless integration of your internal data with the ratings across your various portfolios.

Client’s use this connection between their internal data and our ratings to incorporate their supplier/vendor specific information on our platform, specifically through the Customized Matrix Report.

  • The Customized Matrix Report is an excel based report, that shows current and historical trending scores of all counterparties within your portfolio(s).

Key Benefits:

  • No need to manually map our ratings to your internal system, as the connection streamlines the process, saving you time and effort.

  • The Customized Matrix Report is an excel based report, which allows for filtering/manipulation of the data to fit your needs.

Other common names used interchangeably with ‘Organizational Data’ include:

  • Meta data

  • Supplier Meta Data

  • Supplier Data

Common Fields Clients Incorporate:

  • Supplier/Vendor IDs

  • Country

  • Region

  • Spend

  • Criticality

  • Internal Contacts (Relationship Manager, Leads)


How it Works

When submitting a request for private company ratings, simply provide the supplier ID. We will link this ID to your request within our platform. Once the rating is published, the associated data will automatically be added to your Organizational Data.

  • What’s Added: Supplier Name, Supplier ID, Rating Name, Ticker/Exchange.

Note: Any additional field that is in your Organizational Data must be manually added.


To view your Organizational Data tied to the ratings within our system, please download a Customized Matrix Report, and be sure to check off the customized field’s you’d like included in the report:
