Unified Supplier View
The Unified Supplier View allows Clients to view and export a list of their suppliers from the Rapid Ratings Portal. The list consolidates all your suppliers from the Master Portfolio, Healthmark List and Outreach Status Reports.
What Supplier Information is Provided?
You will see the following fields listed in the report:

| Company Name | The Company Name your Organization provided for the Outreach or the Healthmark name. The Rated as Name is the Legal entity name provided in the financial statements used. |
| Target Company Name (Export Only) | The Company Name your Organization provided for the Outreach. |
| Supplier ID | The Supplier ID reference used in the most recent Outreach or the ID uploaded by the Client |

| Ticker (Export Only) | Unique code that identifies publicly traded companies |

| FHR Risk Level | Risk Level corresponding to the FHR |

"Out of date" indicates the financial balance date for the FHR is more than 12 months old. Includes statuses: Refresh Required, Refresh Open, Refresh Lost |

For public companies, the change in FHR since the prior quarter (Quarterly Delta) For private companies, the change in FHR over the last 12 months (Annual Delta) |

How are your Suppliers Displayed?
FHR Suppliers:
- Displayed with FHR data and any outreach information available providing Company Name matches.
- Where your Supplier has an FHR and a Healthmark, only the FHR entry will be displayed.
Healthmark Suppliers
- Healthmark data displayed and any outreach information available providing Company name matches
- Healthmark ratings will only display for Clients with access to Healthmark.
Outreach Suppliers
- Displayed as separate entries (rows) where Company name does not match the Legal entity name. E.g.
- Supplier name cannot be matched with FHR and Healthmark suppliers.
- Where your Supplier names are spelled differently.
- Once an Outreach supplier is rated successfully, it will be listed under the Rated Company name.
