ActionPath is an interactive tool available to all members who have completed the financial submission process and are members of the FHR Exchange. By signing in to the FHR Exchange, members can access their FHR score, manage their shares, update disclosure levels, access features such as ActionPath and Peer Benchmark to enhance the value of membership.

Using ActionPath, members can explore how changes in financial line items and key ratios affect the FHR score. ActionPath provides members with actionable strategies to address financial weaknesses and support FHR improvement.

Please note that the ability to share ActionPath with customers in-portal is added functionality coming in 2026.

Member Experience

Members can access the summary page within their FHR Exchange account, and will be presented with a banner showing the score on a continuum and prompted to use the insights from ActionPath to understand how to improve their score. There is also a tab below that allows the member to access the ActionPath feature.

When clicking through, the member will be presented with a list of financial areas that are impacting the score, as well as the ratios that require attention. From here, members will also be prompted to start building a plan. This can be done by clicking the "Get Started" button or one of the "View Strategy" buttons.

Members will then be prompted to review critical strategies to work on and can select which ones to start with.

Building a Strategy

In the ActionPath Strategies page, Members will have the following two tasks to complete:

  • Provide commentary to their audience on what they are going to do and how they are going to do it. The application will provide suggested text, or they can add their own

  • Set a target ratio to achieve. The benchmarking chart will update as they input values.

Once a strategy has been completed, members can click the "Add to ActionPath" button at the bottom of the page and move onto the next one. As continue to add strategies, the text at the bottom of the strategy page will update to reflect how many have been added and what the expected FHR improvement will be.

Members can then access their strategies on their member homepage. Members will be presented with a summary of their plan. From here they have the ability to edit or delete strategies.
