Getting Started with RapidRatings API Integration

If you’re interested in integrating the RapidRatings API into your systems, we’re here to help make the process smooth and secure. The API enables you to pull financial health data directly into your ERP systems or internal databases, ensuring real-time delivery of critical analytics across your enterprise.


Step 1: Contact Your Account Team

Reach out to your dedicated Account Manager and Client Success Manager to begin the process. Together, we’ll:

  • Discuss your integration goals.

  • Define the framework (data points, platform outline, level of coverage).

  • Confirm feasibility and timelines.


Step 2: Set Up the Testing Environment

To prepare for testing:

  • Provide a Technical Contact from your organization.

  • Whitelist our domain to allow secure communication.

Once we have this information, our technical team will set up the necessary infrastructure.


Step 3: Provision of Testing Package

After setup, we’ll provide:

  • API documentation

  • Testing login credentials

You’ll work with us to confirm successful connectivity and data access via the API.
All testing occurs in a Sandbox environment, and this step typically takes the longest to ensure everything works as expected.


Step 4: Move API to Live

Once testing is complete and your infrastructure is ready (e.g., dashboards or systems pulling and displaying data):

  • We’ll switch to Live Data.

  • We’ll confirm final details with you (such as whitelisting any new IP addresses).


Step 5: Ongoing Maintenance

The hardest part is over! While issues are rare, we’re here to support you whenever needed.
