Program Highlights At Your Fingertips
Managing your Program just got easier with the release of Program Management Notifications.
With Program Management Notifications, credentialed Relationship Managers will receive a weekly summary of their Program Activity delivered straight to their inbox. Please note that only Relationship Managers with active credentials will receive alerts.
This summary email will contain point-in-time totals of:
- “Recently Rated Requests” – this is the total of all requests that moved to a status of Rated over the previous 7 days, as at the time the email was generated.
- “My Recent Escalations” – this is the total of all the requests assigned to a particular Relationship Manager that moved to a status of Escalated over the previous 7 days, as at the time the email was generated.
- “My Total Escalations” – this is the total of all the escalated requests with no filters applied, sorted from newest to oldest.
Each of these summaries will contain links which will take clients directly to the relevant dashboard view.
The alerts can be toggled on or off at any time through your dashboard.
The alerts are controlled in your Program Dashboard and can be switched on and off in the Alert Settings. You can also navigate to this alert modal via a link in the notification email .
