We are excited to announce an update to our Network Outreach Activity Log, which provides even more visibility into the statuses of your Network Outreach requests.
For your requests that are in progress, new Activity Log messages ensure that you understand what is happening and where in the process your requests are. You have better visibility into what is going on, with new Activity Log messages that provide more granular detail—such as “Target company has declined to submit financials. RR is attempting to convince them to participate,” “Target company has created an account but has not yet submitted financials,” and more.
We have also introduced Closed Sub-Statuses, which provide additional insight into why a particular request was closed. In conjunction with the added Activity Log messaging, these Closed Sub-Statuses will give you more insight into the communication and engagement for each request. The Closed-Sub Statuses have also been added to the downloadable Network Outreach Status Report, empowering you to identify program trends.
