Our latest HealthMark enhancement presents a risk trend analysis to help you quickly and clearly understand changes in a company's current risk level and the factors driving the change.
Publishing Monthly Updates
The data we use to produce HealthMarks is collected from multiple sources and covers hundreds of millions of companies. We have been maintaining the current level of risk in a master index. With this change we will ingest data and make updates to the master index under the hood, but will publish changes on a monthly basis. This controlled 'publishing' of updates will support richer analysis and notifications to help drive successful risk management. Updated HealthMarks will be published at the start of each month.
As we create a backlog of monthly published HealthMarks for each company we'll display that data in the portal in a trend chart.
We also present the reasons for the change, and flag if there has been a change to the Data Depth associated with the update. For example:
- The HealthMark was adjusted and Data Depth has changed as new data was added to the system or existing data expired.
- Change to percentage of accounts reported delinquent
- Change to total balance reported delinquent
- Change to company size classification
Once we are displaying HealthMark trends, the next enhancement in this work stream is email and in-platform notifications to alert you when companies in your HealthMark Watchlist are updated to make that important data more accessible.
