As mentioned in Getting started with solicitations, this allows you to check the status of an individual solicitation using the target name you submitted. You'll see an option for it on the menu bar under Program Management.
Navigate to this page and start typing the name of the Target you originally submitted. The field should auto-populate with your desired option.
-
Our Status shows you the stage of the selected solicitation, with the Target Name. Statuses are generally self explanatory: Rated (meaning we have produced a full or Non-Financial Report), In-progress, Escalated (requiring action from you), Closed Not Rated
-
Each status is further explained in the Solicitation Stage section. All solicitations go through four stages: Client Introduction, In Solicitation, In Production, and Completion
-
For solicitations with Status “Closed, Not Rated” or “Escalation”, the Solicitor can also provide their own context in the Solicitor’s Comments section
-
You will also find information about the Target Company Name here, which may be different from the rated entity name (see note at the bottom of this section)
-
Timeline Details include information about the start date and number of interactions, as well as the close date if applicable
-
Account Details includes the relationship manager contact information. If this information is outdated, please notify us via support@rapidratings.com
-

The drop-down menu at the top of the page allows you to see the progression of discrete solicitations on the same company
Target Company Name is the name that you gave us, whereas the Legal Name of the Legal Entity is the legal name of the company that we have rated based on the financial statements. Reasons for differences include: the company may use a DBA name, its legal name may refer to consolidations or subsidiaries, or we may have rated the parent company of your counter-party |
At some point in the future, you'll need to update the reports that are eventually produced. For this, review Updating private company ratings (refreshes) |
