As a program manager, you'll need to issue new logins, deactivate certain users and unlock accounts.
Currently, the fastest way to do either of these is to email support@rapidratings.com with your request. This box is manned by our fearless Client Services team during all working hours, so your request will be completed usually on the same day it's sent.
When we issue new user logins, we need the email and name of the person. We send an activation link, that comes from the support@rapidratings.com address. It's important that the new user clicks on that link as soon as possible, since it expires after a certain time period.

As a new user, or if you request a password reset, you'll need to adhere to the following criteria when creating the password: minimum one upper case, one lower case, one numeric character and a minimum length of eight characters.
