A quick note - Our Network service is available to clients who have already subscribed to the offering. Please do not utilize the below instructions unless it's part of your subscription.
If it's the first time you ask us to rate a private company...
- Fill in the Network Outreach Request Template. You can download it here: Request Template.
- Send the completed template to email@example.com. If you are a secondary user or not the program manager, please be sure to check with the program manager at your company for any internal criteria before initiating a request.
- Email your company's introduction letter to the counterparty (do not BCC). You must cc firstname.lastname@example.org on this letter.
We will not begin to email or call any of your counterparties unless we are copied on the client introduction letter. This ensures that the counterparty is expecting outreach from RapidRatings. This means no BCC'ing either us or the Targets!
If it's an update to an already rated private company...
Email us at email@example.com to request a rating refresh. Provide any changes to the existing information from the previous outreach.
