A quick note - Private Company Outreach is a prepaid service that is available to clients who have already subscribed to the offering.
To initiate a private company request for a counterparty:
- Fill in the Network Outreach Request Template. Required information outlined below:
- Relationship Manager Contact Information: First and Last name, email
- Counterparty Contact Information: First and Last name, email, phone number
- Counterparty Location: Providing the country allows us to assign the appropriate Member Services associate for specific language requirements
- Send the completed template to fhrexchangesupport@rapidratings.com. If you are a secondary user or not the program manager, please be sure to check with the program manager at your company for any internal criteria before initiating a request.
- Email your company's introduction letter to the counterparty (do not BCC). You must cc fhrexchangesupport@rapidratings.com on this letter.
We will not begin to email or call any of your counterparties unless we are copied on the client introduction letter. This ensures that the counterparty is expecting outreach from RapidRatings. This means no BCC'ing either us or the Targets! |
If it's an update to an already rated private company...
Email us at fhrexchangesupport@rapidratings.com to request a rating refresh. Provide any changes to the existing information from the previous outreach.
