There are two main ways to check the status of solicitations.To set up solicitation alerts, you can review this article.
Live Solicitation Status
This allows you to check the status of an individual solicitation using the target name you submitted. You'll see an option for it on the menu bar under Program Management:
Navigate to this page and start typing the name of the Target you originally submitted. The field should auto-populate with your desired option. For further detail on Live Solicitation Status, you can check out the more detailed article Live Solicitation Status
All Primary Users also receive a weekly file uploaded to the portal each Friday called an Organization Report.
This report details the solicitation activity over the client's relationship with RapidRatings, and divides solicitations into several categories: Escalated, On Hold, Open, Lost, Cancelled, Won, Public. It's in Excel, so you can filter by the data fields most useful to you.
Any solicitation that has a status of "Escalated" means that we need your assistance and will not proceed on the case without your response. For further information on how to deal with escalations, review The Relationship Manager
