So, you've signed the contract, and been introduced to the Implementation Team at RapidRatings. They'll help you build your program over the next 3 months, but the first step is to figure out who is going to be using RapidRatings at your company.
- Determine the Program Managers at your company - who will be responsible for liaising with RapidRatings from your organization or coordinating internal groups?
- Determine the list of those who will have direct access to RapidRatings - these are the people who will need to access the platform on a regular basis
- Determine the user seat allocation. RapidRatings allows for two different types of user logins: primary and secondary. We recommend that the primary user(s) at an organization are either program managers, or group-level coordinators, who need to be able to send information, manage solicitations and delegate alerts and tasks to a subset of users.
For reference, here are the things primary users can do that secondary users cannot:
- Manage private company solicitation process for the client
- Access RapidRatings Client Services staff (*secondary users should copy the Program Managers on support requests to support@rapidratings.com
- Request and manage logins
- Manage organization-wide portfolios (including the Master Portfolio)
- Request Company Segmentation on a supplier list from RapidRatings
- Set up alerts for others
- Receive daily solicitation alerts for successful, completed solicitations
- Review summary Organization Reports produced weekly detailing the solicitation program
All users have access to:
- Public company ratings and reports
- Private company ratings and reports completed for your Organization
- Manage individual portfolios, and build associated reports
- Access additional collateral such as Country Reports, Sector Reports and other online resources (like this Help Center)
Got your list together? Now it's time to figure out issuing logins |
