Prior to the FHR Exchange, RapidRatings utilized a third-party platform to facilitate the outreach and creation of private company ratings. As the FHR Exchange evolves, the ability to support the reports generated by the legacy platform is becoming increasingly difficult and presenting ongoing challenges to our new tools. As the majority of these reports are no longer of significance, and many of them have been since refreshed on the Exchange, we are carrying out a process to archive the reports.
What should I expect?
You should expect to see an "Archive Reports" portfolio in your portal instance. To access this portfolio, navigate to Ratings Analysis > Portfolio Manager.
To pull a report on this portfolio and generate an excel document with the companies in this portfolio, navigate to Ratings Analysis > Report Builder. From here, select "Archived Reports" portfolio and "Run Report."
You should expect to be able to view these reports in the portfolio and reports as outlined above, however you will not be able to search for these reports or add them to any existing or new portfolio.
You will not be able to add these archived reports to any other portfolios or the Unified Supplier View (USV).
Please reach out to your CSM or support@rapidratings.com with any questions you may have.
